What are these codes for aSaturn SL-1 1998:P1640 and P1641

My 1998 Saturn SL-1 had a "service engine soon" light show up this morning. After turning
the car off and turning it back on, the light was gone. The codes that show up in the history were P1640 and P1641. What does this mean?
