Hi there,

This code is for catalyst efficiency below threshold on bank 2. Basically it indicates that the bank 2 converter is not doing it's job. Several things can cause this issue. A leak in the exhaust system, poor running or ignition on bank 2 as well as a bad rear O2 sensor. These all should be checked and if found to be good, replace the converter.
