I have checked all the vacuum hoses and they all hold vacuum. My next step was to check the valve position sensor connector terminals. When testing the terminals Nos. 1 and 3 with ignition on, I was getting the 5 volts that is needed. Then I went to testing resistance. When checking resistance, on the sensor side, between terminals Nos. 2 and 3 I was getting 2939 kOhm, not the 3.2 I should have. Then testing resistance between terminals Nos. 1 and 2, I am not getting anything. So I replaced the valve position sensor. I am getting the same results. What should I do now? I need to get emission test done before 2-1-20014. Please help out!
