what is wrong with my taurus

I have a 2005 ford taurus 3.0L single overhead cam . recently I have hada few problems with it . its idling very rough sounds like its going to stale and when i am acceleranting around 80km I feel a jerking , the car has poor power . I recently did sparks and plugs . I had a garage hook the computer up and the codes it gave me was P0171. P0174 P0300, P0302, P0303 P03016 P0100,P2195

P0171 and P0174 are bank 1 and 2 to lean, meaning there is too much air going into the engine that the mass air flow sensor is not reading. you may have a intake leak from the gasket or hoses.

I would start with those two first they might be causing all the other codes to come on.

P0100 might be a dirty mass air flow sensor, you can try to clean it also with mass air flow sensor cleaner.
