evap and catalic

Question

hi i keep failing emissions test for evap system and catalis converter system not completed.
have had four different techs and they can not figure this out. we have done all the driveing test almost 2000 miles. but comes back everytime those two systemd not complete. do not have any check engine light. the truck runs great.I'm lost

how is the car running overall? 

I found one service bulletin related to the EVAP system, THE DPFE sensor has to be replaced
