i have a 2003 ford ranger 4 cal should i replace this sensor i put new plugs and wires in and also put a ignition coil on put the truck won't stay idle seems like its not getting enough fuel put it runs good until you have to stop or warming the truck up

P2195 Upstream H20S (heated 02 sensor) not switching

The 02 sensor is just reporting the condition for the engine. What you have is a lean condition where the engine is getting more air to fuel. This is what is reffered to as a lean misfire. Some of the causes are low fuel pressure, vacuum leaks such as rupture PCV hose, stuck open EGR vlave.
