What model year is your Honda? on most Honda models the fuel Temperature sensor is part of the fuel pump assembly, and to replaced the fuel pump you don't have to remove the fuel tank.

the smog guy gate it to me but now i got it scanned at autozone and its a p0401, replaced the egr valve and code came back

The P0401 is for insufficient flow, which means that one of ports to the EGR valve are probably clogged.
