how to fix a P1159 code on a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe

Question

have a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe with P1159 code. showed up after a 2 day heavy rain. had no power at all while driving. Could only go 20 mph. what connections or wiring and locations do i look for to check for possible problems? Did this once before but no engine light last time. It seems to run ok today but engine light is still on.
