P0903 -peugeot 2.0hdi estate 2000 year

Question

vehicle has been running with lack of power, turbo coming in erratically for about 3 months. then diagnostic light came on,now in limp mode, garage checked p0903 code came up. don't understand would of thought it would be fuel/turbo pressures,relays, solenoid related, any help?.
