Would this cause antifreeze to leak under the overflow tank?

I continue to have to add antifreeze into the overflow tank becuase it is leaking underneath.

P0125 can, I think your thermostat is stuck and the car is over heating causing the coolant to overflow

possible causes:

- Low engine coolant level
- Leaking or stuck open thermostat
- Faulty Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor harness is open or shorted
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor electrical circuit poor connection 
 

p0122 might be a dirty or bad throttle position sensor
