pulled code from my 2005 dodge truck it is P2320, igjnition coil secondary number 7 circuit condition. need to know what a circuit condition is and will it affect my fuel milage. does it require me to replace the coil or is it something else

The term circuit condition means there is a failure in the secondary circuit. The secondary circuit is part of the ignition coil. You should replace #7 ignition coil. This will affect both power and fuel mileage.
