Hi there,

This code is actually for the bank 2 O2 sensor #1. The code means the heater in the sensor is not working like it should. In most cases this is the O2 sensor itself causing the issue. I would start by checking the fuses under the hood marked O2 sensor, no problem found replace the sensor. Bank 2 is the one closest to the radiator, and this is the sensor before the catalytic converter.
