2007 BMW Z4 2.0L SE Roadster with engine code P0430

Question

Problem with bmw z4, showing code still after replacing 2 catalytic converters ( hairline fractures) 02sensors, rocker cover (due to slight oil leak) to fix but to no avail code still showing ( light on) had this problem since buying the car 18 months ago and was done under warranty by the dealer (thankgod!)...any help would be appreciated ( surely the catalytic converter cannot be cracked again for the 3rd time in 18 months? I truly believe it's something outside of the box that's been missed, hope someone can help, regards dan

The federal emissions warranty from BMW is 8 years or 80,000 miles. Unless there is a problem with the engine that causing the catalytic converters to go bad. Is the honeycomb in the catalytic converter cracking or the outside of the catalytic converter?

Do you have any modifications on the car? Are you using 91-octane fuel?
