Engine reduction codes occurs when the throttle valve (TPS) is not greater than the predetemine throttle request, This is more of a TPS signal that is not reveived by the ECM, What needs to be done is to inspect MAF (mass air flow duct) for proper connection , and making sure there is nothing affecting the performance of the TPS.
