p1163 02 sensor 1 bank 2 reading faulty again!

Question

i had the head gasket replaced on my 2004 nissan frontier with the 3.3 v6. Within one month the 02 heated sensor 1 lean shift monitoring bank 2 service engine light came on. I paid 212 for the sensor from nissan and paid the mechanic to install it, 4 months later it kicked the same code and nissan replaced it under warranty and the mechanic ate the labor. Now 5 months after that it is kicking the same code> I have a hard time believing the sensors are going bad as this will be the 3rd time in a year and i have never until now had this problem with any vehicle i;ve owned, suggestions as to what the problem really is?/

Have this TSB applied to your vehicle, even thougha head gasket was repaired, TSB# NTB99-004B. This is about installing a sub harness for the 02 sensor.
