P0017 Chevrolet -

Question

i have a new motor from jasper engines put new cam , crank, and ex cam sensor and still have a p0017 code comes on any help

P0017 Crankshaft position (CKP)  Exhaust -camshaft position (CMP) correlation

Known causes and solution : Improper torque balancer bolt, Mis-timed engine, CMP actuator solenoid stuck open,

The camshaft actuaor solenoid , remove it and and jump test it, it should click if working, if the cam actuator solenoid fails this tends to code P0017 , Also the proper voltage to the actuator.
