Why does P0175 keep coming back on my 2002 Kia Sedona every 2-3 months even after I clear it out by disconnecting the battery?

P0175 Fuel system too rich (bank 2)

Rich running condition can be caused by the airfilter being plugged or MAF (mass airflow) that is faulty, For the MAF try a MAF cleaning to resolve this situation.Also check and inspect the fuel pressure regulator vacuum connection a disconnected vacuum line to the pressure regulator can also cause this code, Also check to see if the fuel pressure regulator has ruptured which will seep fuel into the intake manifold.If these are good the next inspection will be the canister , There are TSB about EVAP canister being saturated with fuel, TSB  3SFS004 .
