Code p0345 reset and my car is ok

Question

Hi,

The car shutoff during my trip for more than 3 times and the VDC off, SLIP and SES comes on and after restarting the SES stay pnly on.
I got the error P0345 on my inifinti G35 2005 Coupe,I went to infinit dealer and check the error code. They have added brake fluid and change motor air cleaner and reset the code.

The light is now not illuminating and I drove for more than 200KM.
Do i need to change the sensors?

if you have the code its either because of a weak battery or the Camshaft Position Sensor was not reading correctly. 

The car does not shut off because of low brake fluid, the slip light will come on but thats about it.

a bad Camshaft Position Sensor will turn the car off while you are driving it, so replace it if your charging system is good unless you want to risk the car shut off again while driving it. 

 

Possible causes

- Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor

- Camshaft Position Sensor harness is open or shorted

- Camshaft Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

- Faulty starter motor

- Starting system circuit

- Dead (Weak) battery
