Is it safe to drive a 2000 Camary Solora with a PO125 and P1135 code?

No it is not safe it drive it with P0125 depending what the problem is your car could over heat and damage the head gasket. 

check to see if the coolant level is low and make sure you dont see any coolant dripping. if those are fine most likely the thermostat is not opening or its staying open or the coolant temperture sensor is bad.

 

- Low engine coolant level
- Leaking or stuck open thermostat
- Faulty Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor harness is open or shorted
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor electrical circuit poor connection
