igniton coil primary c secondary circuit malfunction-

i checked the grounds ,changed spark plugs swap the coil packs around to see if code move but it stayed in clyinder 3  it didnt move tried cleaning egr out,and also check for vacum leaks nothing.so im really stump.the only thing i have not change is the fuel filter i change that out two years ago. sorry its a 2004 taurus DHOC 24 VALVE
