Lincoln LS V8 Starter

Question

Will not start! Key on dash will lights up but no click sound, nothing
I try hot wiring the starter, nothing! won't turn over
What's the best-easiest way to remove the starter, v8 "Looks Inposible"

Book time say 0.6 hours to replace it. It look self explanatory if you have not replaced one before just take it to a shop and have them replace it.
