2010 Ford E150 with code P0708 after the Catalytic Converter was cut out and the now ABS light is on. Any clues?

The P0708 code indicates a problem with the Transmission Range Sensor and is unrelated to the  Catalytic Converter. The wire to the Transmission Range Sensor or the sensor itself may have been damaged when the Catalytic Converter was removed or it's a coincidence that you have a problem with the sensor as well.
