P0430 Toyota - FJ cruiser

Hi I replaced the 2 catalyst in my FJ cruiser , the light turned off bit after a week P0430 has turned on i would like to know which side is the p0430 , the driver side or the other so i can fix it and i want to ask what would be the problem if i fixed both sides

Vehicle: 2007 Fj cruiser 4.0L
