P0101 Nissan -

Question

Nissan dealership is telling me the car just needed a software update and the MAF sensor is fine. It is a 2012 Maxima and the service engine light is on. I have a feeling they are getting out of fixing it and hoping my warranty runs out before the code comes back on. Thoughts?

It's very possible that the Engine Control Module just need an update. Even if that's not the problem, since there are records that you complain about the issue, if the problem comes back after the warranty, the dealer should take care of the problem.
