2007 Hyundai Vera Cruz w/ code P1028 (certain not 0128!) Not finding code anywhere for Hyundai. Know it has to do w/cooling, etc. Temp here has been in single digits so don't want to take any chances. Help?

P1028 Coolant thermostat below regulating temperature

This is more of a thermostat problem where the operating temperature is not reach or expected in a timely manner, If the temperature is very cold as stated, , you can expect this code, For this code to occur there will be no drivabilty notice at all.
