Where is P0138, Sensor 2, Bank 1 located? Cost? Can I fix?

Vehicle: 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible

The sensor is about $60 and it's suppose to take about about 15-20 min to install it so. The sensor is located under the car after the catalytic converter near the oil filter see picture below 2004 Chrysler Sebring bank 1 sensor 2
