P2138 Infiniti -

Question

The diagnostic says this is an "Accelerator" pedal position sensor failure but when you look up replacement parts they point towards a "Throttle" pedal position sensor.

Are these two parts the same thing?

Yes is the same thing, "Throttle Pedal Sensor" and "Accelerator Pedal Sensor".
