motor hesitation'---damp weather truck moves very slow accelerator pedal pushed in half way feels like brake on ----good days can drive but motor very hesitant. Help. 3 garages no help

You have a cylinder misfire in 2 and 5. Check for intake leaks. Have you replaced spark plugs yet? if not replace the spark plugs and check the ignition coil. If those three things dont help. You may have a injector issue or a fuel pressure related and it will have to be checked. if none of those seem to fix the problem the harness has a short or poor electrical connection
