what is the meaning of p060E code in toyota matrix 2009

hi, my toyota matrix work fine in the morning but later in the afternoon it does not accelerate at all.

P060E Internal control module throttle position performance (TPS)

The ECM (electronic control module) and the stop light switch are constantly monitored. When you step on the brakes the TPS should not have a acceleration signal at all. and vice versa.You may have a ECM problem or a intermittent problem, Try this as a solution , disconnect the battery,(negative battery terminal) for 1 minute,reconnect start and test drive if the problem appears you have a ECM problem ,if it does not this was temporary problem.
