My rpms drop once the a/c is on, anybody knows why and how to solve this?

Question

I have a mazda 626 a 2000 model. It's a es sedan and a four cylinder. Now here's the question, every time I turn on my a/c unit, my rpm drop quite low and my car begins to shake pretty bad any tips?

A/C signal for the idle up operation is non opernational.the IAC (idle air control) controlled by the PCM to idle up when the A/C is on,to prevent poor engine performance,The climate control sends a load up signal to the PCM to actuate the PCM for idle up.
