please my toyota sequoia is giving me p0121 engine i would like to know if is APP sensor or TPS

Its possible that your throttle plate is dirty, I would try to clean the throttle body first carbon built up might cause the issue of the plate not being able to move in time or it makes it hard to move since the dirt is hitting the plate 

if that does not fix it the accelerator pedal position sensor might be bad
