P0401code says EGR flow insufficient What do I need to do?

Had the EGR vale replaced but the code came back on.

Vehicle: 1999 - Toyota - Camary - 2.2 - 4 cyclinder

The P0401 code means that there is an unsuficient EGR flow. If the valve is new, you need to check the EGR tube and the passeges where the EGR connecs to the intake.
