I have a 1999 Ford F-150 with a 4.2L V6. It has 247000 miles on it. I just replace the transmission.  It was used but I know it was a good transmission. It had 89,000 miles on it. Now the engine light is on and code P0750 came up.  Took it to a transmission shop and they say it needs to be rebuilt. I know it doesn't need a rebuild. What can be the real problem.             Thanks,
