I need help wit 2006 Audi A6 P0306 code.

Code says cylinder 6 misfire, was doing 5 and 6 but now just 6. I have changed the coil and the plug. There is a lot of white smoke from the exhaust. What else could be causing this misfire?

White smoke from the exhaust, do a leak down test and check to see if you have coolant loss.
