P0301 Volkswagen - multiple cylinder misfires

Question

I read the DTC codes on a 2003 Jetta. P0300, P0301, P0302, P0304. Misfires on 3 cylinders.

I replaced all spark plugs and wires, cleared the codes and tried to drive the car, but the throttle won't engage in gear and the motor sound very rough unless I rev it in higher rpms.

What should I do next? Replace the coil pack? Any other suggestions?

P0300 Random misfire

Replacing the coil sounds like a great idea, With the engine sounding very rough, A mechanical inspection would be a much better idea, check and inspect the timing belt condition, and make sure it is on its mark.
