2001 Isuzu Rodeo V6 with engine codes p0452, p0453, p1220, and p1295

Question

I had a leaking trans line repaired on my 2001 Isuzu rodeo and it ran fine until the next morning? I started it as usual and started down the road and it suddenly started to run rough, and the engine kicked and bucked a couple of times and then quit? I had it coded and it had 13 codes in it, all of them was cleared and we attempted to start it again hooked up to the scanner, and then got only 3 codes, P0452, P1220, P1295, but of course still wouldn't start? I have to admit it seems odd to me that this problem seemed to suddenly show up not even 24 hrs after the trans line was repaired?? another friend of mine had some good parts off a similar rodeo , map sensor and ign module, which we tried on mine and they made no difference and weren't the problem? the fuel pump can be heard normally functioning and we're at a loss now as what else to do so I'm hoping you ll be able to help with this issue especially since im out of work and cannot afford to take it to a repair shop? thanks for any help ypu may be able to offer!
