P1226 code what is the fix?

The car is ok when it is cold, but after few minutes run or drive the motorlight showes up and little later the engine stops, and i cant run again until it is cold again. I also had code p1115, but when we clear the codes out, we only had p1226 up again.

Vehicle: 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser 120 3l. diesel
