This code is for a #6 cylinder misfire. There could be many things causing this. Spark plug, plug wire, intake manifold gasket leak, some type of internal engine issue as well. These all need to be checked to determine the cause. Depending on the size of the engine of the truck it can also be a problem with the fuel injector.
