P0456 Chrysler- can it be repaired so engine light stops turning on?

Question

engine light keeps turning on. I take it to chrysler to get checked but they say its okay just a small evap leak cant be fixed but nothing to worry about. If there is nothing to worry about why does light keep coming on? I want it repaired so engine light stops turning on and there is no evap leak. Also, i dont want to keep bringing car to shop once every other week when the light comes on after car has been "repaired". Car has little less than 30,000 miles on it.

P0456 Small leak detected

This is a software issue problem , as for a 2012 the software is not released yet,From the 2010 chrysler has a software modification to resolve the problem. This will not apply to your vehicle just yet until the software is released, TSB  number 18-008-10 REV. A . When software is released, a reprogram of the PCM will be the solution and a modification label will also be issued.
