Check Engine Light stays on
Dealer diagnosed gas as borderline too much alcohol
Recommended driving until tank is emptied then fill up and come back
I get gas at a popular national chain with high volume. Bad gas doesn't seem likely.
Other possible causes range from air filter, vacuum leak, air leak near sensor, faulty O2 sensor, plugged catalytic converter.
Does anyone have a most likely answer to this problem?

P2096 Post catalytic fuel trim system too lean (Bank1)

What you have listed is all possible causes of P2096, What can also cause this code is the canister purge valve not opening or closing,
