what is the most common fix for code p0451?

Replaced fuel cap and re-set obd-II by disconnecting neg. battery cable. Code remained off for approx. 1 week and has now returned.

Vehicle: 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP 2.0 direct injection turbo

Most likely the fuel tank pressure sensor is not read correctly, on most cars they are connect to the EVAP canister which is under the car near the gas tank.
