What can cause this is the NOx sensor itself , which  will cause the check engine light to come on,

I changed already the position 2 nox sensor module but the scanner still shows same error. According to generic odb codes, P2207 means NOx sensor heather circuit high, but scanner shows P22A7 with description as a Senses Circuit Range/Performance. Do you know what that means?
