What do p100 & p101 & p441 & p446 mean on a 2000 toyota solara

previous codes were p440 & p441 & p446 which pointed to a service bulletin but now shows p100, 101 & 441 &446

P0100 MAF (mass airflow) circuit

P0101 MAF sensor range/ performance

P0440 Evaporative emission control system malfunction

P0441 Evaporative emission control system incorrect purge flow

P0446 Evaporative emission control system vent control circuit malfunction

This can all be from one problem at the aircleaner box there is a purge hose that connects to the aircleaner housing, this hose tens to get disconnected when check the the air filter, if it is disconnected it can and does cause all these code reconnect and clear the code
