how long would a Throttle Actuator Control last in a saturn station wagon

I have a SAturn station wagon with just 58K miles - is this early for the Throttle Actuator Control to go out?

If the throttle body is not cleaned once every 15k miles or so, carbon builds up on the throttle plate which puts alot more stress on the Throttle Actuator (electric part of the throttle body) causing it to go bad or set the code on.

Try to clean the throttle body first it might help.
