i replaced the sensor B2S1 but check engine light on and now code is P0031 . what should i do?

i had code P2197 on 08 sienna after replacing sensor for A/F ratio sensor (B2S1) i got check engine sign with code now P0031  heater control circuit low what should i do?

Check the O2 sensor fuse first.
P0031 TOYOTA - Oxygen Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 1

Possible causes

- Air-Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit open shorted to ground
- Air-Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Air-Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit
- Air-Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit fuse
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)

keep replacing parts, it will get really exspensive and cost you hundreds of dollars and you still might not find the problem.  or you could take it to a shop and have it diagnosed, which would probably cost you right at a hundred dollars.

Please be informed that I have a Nissan Murano FR that has throttle pedal position B that not accerate good, because when it is parked it speed up good, but, when it is moving it refused to speed up unless I stopped before it speed up. (accerate good) how do I solve the problems?
