I've changed the cat and front sensor and codes still showing. Any suggestions?

HI there,

Change the rear O2 sensor. If it's reading wrong it can cause the fuel mix to be to rich for the converter to clean and it will cause the 420 converter code. Also, if it's not reading right it can cause the code on it's own.
