Oldsmobile alero obd2 code p0130. What part needs to be replaced to correct problem?

Question

After installing new spark plugs,code p0130 was detected using obdll scanner. Which part do I need to replace to restore vehicle to proper operating condition? The car has approximately 160,000 kms on the odometer.

P0130 - 02 sensor circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 1

This is oxygen sensor engine management,  The sensor signal high and low circuit needs to be tested.This mainly a poor connection especially at the PCM.

Thank you Reynoldo for taking the time to answer my inquirey. The vehicle in question belongs to an elderly neighbor. He is a recent widower who was just beside himself with worry over his beloved Olds. I ended up disconnecting his neg. battery cable for 10 minutes and reconnecting it. The check engine light went out. I scanned it for codes,and nothing showed up. He has driven the vehicle a few times a week and it seems to be OK. Thanks to your advice,if the situation arises again, I'll know where to start looking for the problem.
