are 0420 code and 1273 the same

Are 0420 and 1273 related sinse there both in bank 1? Can it just be a sensor and not the cat?

Hi there,

Most often the converter is the problem. Usually you can lower the front exhaust pipe and look into the converter to see if it's broken or cracked. If it looks ok, then replace the sensor and clear the codes, if the converter code returns, the converter will have to be replaced.
