CAN I KEEP THIS OIL UNTIL NEXT CHANGE?

CAN I KEEP THIS OIL i.e.(0-W40 FOR SRT8) WITH HAVING CODE P1521 UNTIL NEXT OIL CHANGE TO (5-W20 FOR C300)? ANY HARM TO THE ENGINE?

It wont harm the engine, the 0W-40 is thin oil its more for performance cars like the SRT8. I dont know why the engine light with  P1521(wrong engine oil). If your car has more then 100k miles its better to use thicker oil like 10w-30 or 10w-30

My car only done 30000 km (18500 miles) and i understood that this code (no light) was because i put this oil not the 5w20, therefore i am asking if i can wait until next service then i will change it to any fully senthatic oil maker but must be 5w20.
 
Because of the hot weather here in Qatar, most cars are using 15w50
