04 Dodge Intrepid's check engine light on; guy selling it says it's code P0007. Is that going to be a costly repair?

I'm thinking of buying this 2004 Dodge Intrepid. The guy selling the car says that his mechanic told him it was the input and output sensors that need to be replaced. Seems like that's more info. than code P0007 would reveal.   If that is the case, is it a costly repair?
